Department of Business

Our Mission

To enable men and women to fulfill their God-given calling with Christ-like character and professional competence.

The Business Department seeks to develop students into critical thinkers who are able to identify problems, collect data, weigh alternatives, and identify solutions to common career-related issues within the context of a Christian worldview by emphasizing core business principles along with moral, ethical, and biblical values.

Students will gain the ability to interact via oral, written, and electronic communication regarding business issues, problems, alternatives, and solutions; the ability to perceive and accommodate culturally diverse perspectives; and the ability to transfer and apply the concepts, theories, principles, practices, and structures of today’s business enterprises to the context of their chosen area of emphasis.
