The Simpson University bookstore, located next to the coffee shop inside the Owen Student Services Center, offers all kinds of Simpson apparel and other supplies. Plus, its home to the mailroom and copy center, so you'll stop here to pick up care packages.

The Biltmore Coffee Shop

Thirsty? Enjoy everything from espresso drinks to smoothies at the Biltmore Coffee Shop, on the first floor of the Owen Center. Besides coffee, the Biltmore also has a variety of hot and cold snacks, bottled beverages, and a microwave and toaster for your convenience. Take a load off between classes in one of the comfy chairs, or do a little last-minute homework at one of the tables. For your convenience, the Biltmore has computers and printers for public use, as well as wireless Internet access.

The Student Lounge

The newly refurbished student lounge, located on the north side of the Heritage Student Life Center, is a great place to hang out with friends. The lounge is open until 2 a.m., with a pool table, cable TV, and several couches.

"The Caf"

The dining center--lovingly referred to as "the caf"--is a common gathering place even when it's not mealtime. Some students will come between classes and hang out for hours.

Dorm Lobbies

Dorm lobbies are popular places to do homework, play games, or just relax. Each lobby has couches, chairs, and tables for studying. Some even have pool tables, Nintendo, and ping-pong. Guys are welcome to hang out in girls' lobbies and girls in the guys' until 11 on weeknights and 12 a.m. on weekends.

You'll also find students relaxing around campus at the pond, the cross, the bell tower, the three termini, the pavilion by the dining center, and Gower Bridge.
