Verification

Verification is the process of ensuring that a student's information given on the FAFSA is accurate by comparing the reported data with tax forms (Federal Tax Return and W2's). You will be notified if you are selected for verification upon completion of the FAFSA. You will be asked to submit additional information. To avoid delays, please return all requested documents in a timely manner

Dependent Verification Worksheet (2008-2009) - If you are classified by the federal government as a dependent student, print this PDF for income verification and submit to Simpson University with a copy of the federal tax return and W2's for both student and parent, additional tax information may be requested.

Independent Verification Worksheet (2008-2009) - If you are classified by the federal government as an independent student, print this PDF for income verification and submit to Simpson University with a copy of the federal tax return and W2's, additional tax information may be requested.
