Students in all degree programs maintain portfolios containing specified assignments and other work that provides evidence of progress toward the outcome goals of their programs. Students compile their work in Open Source Portfolio, a web-based program that allows students to access their portfolio from any computer connected to the Internet.

Portfolios are reviewed by the Dean and the Tozer Seminary Academic Council at the halfway point of a student’s program, and again at the end of the program. The portfolios are confidential and can only be accessed by the student, Dean and selected faculty.
