Application for Degrees

It is necessary to fill out an Application for Degree in order to graduate from Simpson University. Below you can download the instructions, application, and commencement form for your program.

Traditional Daytime Undergraduate:

 These forms should be filled out and returned to the Registrar’s Office the second semester of your junior year.It is necessary to download all of the forms and attach them together to submit.

ASPIRE:

 These forms should be completed and submitted to the ASPIRE office.

M.A. in Teaching & M.A. in Education Program:

 These formsshould be completed and returned to the Registrar’s Office six months before you plan to finish your program. It is necessary to download all of these forms and attach them together to submit.

A.W. Tozer Theological Seminary:

 This should be completed and returned to the Registrar’s Office after you have completed 24 units of graduate work. It is necessary to download all of these forms and attach them together to submit.
