Description:

The Psychology Department at Simpson University has openings for two full-time faculty positions in psychology (specialty open). In addition to teaching undergraduate courses in their area of specialization, candidates must be able to teach statistics and research methods and be willing to mentor and supervise student research.

Qualifications:

A doctorate in psychology is required (will consider ABD).

Responsibilities:

Review of applications will begin November, 1, 2007 and will continue until the position is filled. Preferred start date is August 15, 2008. The successful candidate will demonstrate effective classroom teaching and maintain a commitment to scholarly research. The candidate should be an active Evangelical Christian and be sympathetic with the goals and values of Simpson University.
