Course Reserve - Books

	aculty may use this form to place library materials on course reserve. Faculty wishing to place personal materials on reserve should bring them to the library circulation desk and fill out a hard-copy reserve form. Please allow at least two working days to process requests. Unless otherwise indicated, library staff will remove reserve materials at the end of the semester. Asterisks (*) indicate required fields.
