Katie Garringer was awarded the MVP award as well as the Coach's award at Lassen High School. As a freshmen (2005-2006), she played in 31 games and average 6.5ppg and 4.5 rpg. Last season Katie was the second leading scorer with 10.4 ppg and 5.2 rpg. Katie is the daugther of Mel and Karen Garringer and the sister of Cross Country runner Lynette and Janie.
