The ASPIRE program has both weeknight and Saturday programs. Each major is designed to provide the student with knowledge inherent to the discipline within the context of biblical ethics and teachings. Here is a list of all of our majors:

Healthcare Management

Simpson University's ASPIRE Program offers you a degree in Healthcare Management that will prepare you to take full advantage of the opportunities available in the rapidly growing, but fast changing healthcare industry. More importantly, your degree will prepare you for a life-changing career advancement that offers you the chance to make a difference in the lives of countless patients.

Business and Human Resources Management

With ASPIRE's Business & Human Resources Management Degree, you'll learn the dynamics of interactions between organizations and people, and how to manage those dynamics to successfully lead, motivate and manage a professional organization's resources.

Liberal Studies

ASPIRE's Liberal Studies major is designed to teach you critical thinking, writing and communication skills, along with offering you a broad education in the various areas of human endeavor and knowledge. A Liberal Studies degree is also ideal if you wish to earn your teaching credential.

Psychology

ASPIRE's Psychology degree is designed to accelerate your career path by delivering a basic understanding of the theories, methods and applications of modern psychology. Throughout the program, you'll increase your understanding of human nature, as well as gain a foundation for further study at the graduate level.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

The RN-to-BSN program will keep you current in the rapidly evolving field of nursing, while also providing the knowledge, skills and credentials you need to advance your career.

Weekend Programs

Christian Ministry Leadership

ASPIRE'S Christian Ministry Leadership degree is designed to develop you into a leader with biblical and theological knowledge, as well as applicable missional leadership skills. You'll gain firsthand insight into leadership by interviewing and observing Christian leaders in the midst of their ministry.

Organizational Leadership

The Organizational Leadership degree will enhance your individual effectiveness in leadership positions and develop you into a leader who can not only engage in bold acts, but can also inspire effective leadership in others.
