Description: Private, evangelical Christian, liberal arts university. Founded 1921. Affiliated with The Christian and Missionary Alliance. All evangelical Christian denominations welcome. Students represent 25 denominations.

Location: Redding, California, in the heart of the Shasta recreation area. On state highway 299, about 1.5 miles east of I-5.

Accreditation/Memberships: Western Association of Schools and Colleges, Association of Christian Schools International, California Association of Colleges for Teacher Education, California Council on Education of Teachers, Council for Christian Colleges and Universities, Association of Independent California Colleges and Universities.

Academics: A choice of professional studies leading to the ministry, missions, business, education, music, and other career fields. Liberal arts and biblical studies form the core of each program. Excellent preparation for graduate and professional schools.

Graduate Study: Programs leading to the Master of Ministry (Church Education, Church Planting & Growth, Diversified Ministry, Pastoral Ministry, and Youth Ministry), Master of Missiology, and MA in Education and Teaching.

Activities: A choice of clubs, musical groups, intercollegiate and intramural sports. Practical Christian ministry opportunities integrated into each student's schedule. Summer mission experiences available around the world.
