Sara Cascarina was a two year lettermen in volleyball at Shasta High School and played two years at Shasta College. In high school Sara was selected to the first team all-league both her junior and senior year and participate in the North vs. South All-Star game. At Shasta College she eard all-conference honors and was selected most inspirational and was given the coaches award. Sara is the daugther of Rick and Alice Cascarina and has two siblings Justin and Sean.
